  • Mr. Baban Shelke is the Founder & Managing Director of Avinash Cargo Pvt Ltd. – front-runner and innovator in Surface Transportations and Logistic Solutions in western India. He established ACPL in 1989 with an ambition to create new standards in cargo and logistics industry. Shelke is the driving force behind ACPL’s journey to leadership position. His vision has been contributory in the company’s exponential growth by venturing into various state markets. He conglomerates his entrepreneurial skills with business acumen to enable a sustainable business model. Under his visionary leadership, ACPL has evolved into a major Surface Transportation and Logistics Solutions.

  • The Indian Cargo industry narrowly existed in the late 1980s. The concept of Door Pick up and Door Delivery, Multimodal Express Delivery, Logistics and many such innovative ideas were conceptualised and pioneered by him successfully in western India. Today ACPL Limited has offices in, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Goa,Tamil Nadu,Gujarat,Madhya Pradesh & Rajasthan to concentrate on western India.

  • Mr. Baban Shelke is a passionate speaker and has been invited to many forums. In 2006, he was awarded “Rashtriya Nirman Ratan” by the Indian Organization for Business Research and Development. In a glittering ceremony, he was honored by none other than GVG Krishnamurthy, the erstwhile Election Commissioner of India. In 2015, the dramatic and eventful journey of Mr. Baban Shelke was published. The book was written by former Chief Minister of Maharashtra Manohar Joshi and the same book was inaugurated by the hands of Shivsena Chief Uddhav Thakare.

  • As a wise professional, he has implemented the “KPI” in his organization and seeks to make it a way of life at ACPL. A leader, thinker and philosopher, Shelke is an institution by himself.

    He loves travelling, reading and meditation. Shelke continues to guide ACPL towards the future with distinctive passion and assurance to excel in everything he does.

  • Mr Ravindra Jankar is Founder Member and Director of ACPL. In this role he is responsible for establishing the company’s goals and strategies and providing directional guidance to the workforce. Additionally, Mr. Ravindra also provides leadership direction to the ACPL group businesses. He is also responsible for overseeing budgets; ensuring resources are properly allocated and providing high level supervision to departmental goals and achievements in instrumenting marketing, sales and business operations.

  • Mr. Ravindra comes with close to 25 years of experience in surface transportation and logistics solution management, product development and operational efficiency.

  • He loves travelling, swimming and enjoys watching movies and documentaries. He has actively participated in various marathons and passionate about further participation.

  • Mrs. Malan Jankar is a Founder member of the organization. She is General Manager of HR, Training & Development & Costing. with 25 years of enriching experience in systems, operations, and finance.She brings with her a perspective approach to nurture exponential progress in HR development including employee professional growth .She is passionate about technology and about creating sustainable and competent IT support in ACPL. She is largely responsible for improving the efficiency of IT, Software support and Hardware and Networking, Creation of IT Infrastructure.

  • Mrs. Malan is handling business operations and system support at Head Office and comes with more than 25 years of experience in various domains. She loves travelling, reading, surfing, and meditation.

  • She is a key member of the core team, contributing to strategic decision making and operational execution of the company initiatives all across the organization to enhance and support the vision & mission of organisation.

    Vice President ( Pune region, Mumbai region & Operation Department)

He is largely responsible for cultivating the proficiency of financials and budgetary control. He takes care of Finance, Accounts, taxation, cash flow and budgeting. He loves reading, surfing and watching cricket. He is also actively involved in monthly KPI and developing standard process and sales tax, income tax assessment.

  • Mr. Deepak Kulkarni holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce from the Shivaji University, Kolhapur. He is a key member of the core team, contributing to strategic decision making and operational execution of the company initiatives all across the organization to enhance and support the Vision & Mission.

  • Mr. Kiran Hirve is having extensive experience in Software Development, Designing and delivering the required output in a timeline with quality deliverables and leading a team of enthusiastic programmers. He is a diligent project manager offering a proven record of success leading all phases of diverse technology projects, PMP and computer programming with BFSI experience.

  • He is a Business strategist, plan and manage multimillion-dollar projects aligning business goals with technology solutions to drive process improvements, competitive advantage, and bottom-line gains. He is an excellent communicator, leverage technical, business and financial acumen to communicate effectively with client executives and their respective teams.

  • Mr. Kiran Hirve is an expert in agile and waterfall project management methodologies. Known for the ability to produce high-quality deliverables that meet or exceed timeline and budgetary targets. His educational qualification is Bachelors of Engineering in Computers from Mumbai University. Worked with Two of the worlds leading IT consulting companies, Tata Consultancy, and Capgemini India Pvt. Ltd. to provide technical implementation over large-scale, top-priority and complex technology initiatives.

  • Mr. Kiran Hirve lead teams across broad technical, financial and business disciplines. Focused teams on business objectives and tracked progress to ensure project milestones were completed on time, on budget and with the desired results.

He loves traveling, reading and trekking. As part of ACPL’s leadership team, he is also involved in other key strategic initiatives of the group, including sales and solution selling.

  • Mr. Prasaad Shelke holds a Bachelor degree in Arts from the Pune University.

  • Mr. Ravindra Shinde loves travelling and trekking. He is president of Lions Club Of Satara-United, under this club he works for society. Also, he has been participated in State & National level Kabaddi sport tournaments. Sparrow conservation is his one of the permanent projects and working since 2015. As a part of ACPL’s leadership team, he is also involved in other key strategic initiatives of the group.

  • Mr.Yogesh Potdar is General Manager for Operations and heads the entire operations at ACPL. He is largely responsible to improve operational efficiencies and create sustainable value to business by improving the optimal networks, routes , traffic , quality control, business processes excellence and Way of Working

  • Mr. Yogesh Potdar is Mechanical Engineer and MBA in Supply Chain Management and comes with 25 years of rich experience in Supply Chain, EXIM, Logistics and Sourcing from various OEMs. He Loves Indian Classical music, reading and hiking.
